ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងជាអនុប្រធានអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍គណៈម្មាធិការជាតិគ្រប់គ្រងនិងអភិវឌ្ឍតំបន់ឆ្នេរសមុទ្រកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពិធីប្រកាសនិងប្រគល់ជ័យលាភីចំណាត់ដល់ឆ្នេរខ្សាច់និងព្រែកជ័យលាភី ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌនៃចលនាប្រឡងប្រណាំងឆ្នេរខ្សាច់កម្សាន្តស្អាតលើកទី4 និងព្រែកកម្សាន្តលើកទី1 ឆ្នាំ2023 ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី សាយ សំអាល់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ និងជាប្រធានគណៈម្មាធិការជាតិគ្រប់គ្រងនិងអភិវឌ្ឍតំបន់ឆ្នេរសមុទ្រកម្ពុជា។ ក្នុងចលនាប្រឡងប្រណាំងឆ្នេរខ្សាច់និងព្រែកកម្សាន្តស្អាតនេះ មានឆ្នេរជាប់ជ័យលាភីចំនួន13 និងព្រែកជាប់ជ័យលាភីចំនួន 22។

His Excellency Sok Soken, Minister of Tourism and Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Committee for Coastal Management and Development of Cambodia, attended the ceremony to announce and award the winners of the beach and canal races within the 4th Clean Sands and Streams Competition 2023, under the chairmanship of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister Say Sam Al, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and Chairman of the National Committee for Coastal Management and Development of Cambodia. In this beautiful beach and canal competition, there are 13 winners for the beach race and 22 winners for the canal race.
