ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ – ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ និងមន្ត្រីអ្នកមុខអ្នកការជាច្រើនរូបទៀត បានធ្វើការទទួលស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅចំពោះវត្តមានសារជាថ្មីម្តងទៀតរបស់នាវា MS Westerdam នៅកម្ពុជា កាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នេះ។

ការចូលចតជាថ្មីនាពេលនេះ គឺជាខួបលើកទី ១៥០ឆ្នាំរបស់ ក្រុមហ៊ុន Holland America Line ដែលជាក្រុមហ៊ុនកាន់កាប់ដំណើរការនាវា MS Westerdam ។ ពិធីរំលឹកខួបលើកទី ១៥០ឆ្នាំនេះ ក៏ត្រូវបានរៀបចំប្រារព្ធធ្វើឡើងនៅលើនាវា Westerdam ផងដែរ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលចុះចតនៅកំពង់ផែអន្តរជាតិក្រុងព្រះសីហនុនាថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នេះ ដើម្បីបង្ហាញពីទំនាក់ទំនងជិតស្និទ្ធ និងអនុស្សាវរីយ៍យ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅជាមួយកម្ពុជា។ ការត្រឡប់មកវិញនេះ គឺជាការរំលឹក ដឹងគុណ និងយល់ច្បាស់អំពីសក្តានុពលរបស់កម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងបេះដូងមនុស្សធម៌ ដែលបានគិតគូរពីអាយុជីវិតិ ជាជាងភាពភ័យខ្លាច គឺបានសរបញ្ជាក់ច្បាស់ ពីចក្ខុវិស័យដ៏វែងឆ្ងាយ និងប្រកបដោយភាពប្រាកដនិយមរបស់សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន។

The re-docking in 2023 aims to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of Holland America Line, the executive company of the MS Westerdam cruise. The 150th Anniversary is celebrated onboard the Westerdam cruise during its anchoring, showcasing the close relationship and fond memories with Cambodia. This return serves as a heartfelt expression of gratitude and a profound recognition of Cambodia’s immense potential. It highlights a compassionate perspective that prioritizes the value of life over fear, while emphasizing a far-sighted and practical vision, all under the leadership of Samdech Techo Hun Sen.
