ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហួត ហាក់ ថ្លែងថា៖ ក្រុងកំពង់ចាម និងខេត្តកំពង់ចាម សម្រេចបានជោគជ័យថ្មីមួយទៀតនៅក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ដោយបានក្លាយជាជ័យលាភី “ទីក្រុងទេសចរណ៍គ្មានផ្សែងបារី”

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី១៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីប្រកាសជាផ្លូវការទីក្រុងកំពង់ចាមជាទីក្រុងទេសចរណ៍គ្មានផ្សែងបារី ដោយពិធីនេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុន ចាន់ដា អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តកំពង់ចាម, លោកស្រីតំណាងអង្គការសុខភាពពិភពលោកប្រចាំកម្ពុជា, លោកប្រធានអង្គការចលនាដើម្បីសុខភាពកម្ពុជាក្នុងនាមសម្ព័ន្ធត្រួតពិនិត្យថ្នាំជក់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍, ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រីទាំងអស់ មកពីក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ មន្ទីរជំនាញ ព្រមទាំងរដ្ឋបាលខេត្ត ក្រុង ស្រុក ឃុំ សង្កាត់ គ្រប់ជាន់ថ្នាក់ ចំនួន ៥២៣នាក់ នៅខេត្តកំពង់ចាម។

ឆ្លៀតឱកាសនេះ ដើម្បីធានានិរន្តរភាពជាទីក្រុងទេសចរណ៍គ្មានផ្សែងបារី ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ដល់រដ្ឋបាលក្រុងកំពង់ចាម ត្រូវបន្តអនុវត្តជាប្រចាំនូវគោលការណ៍បរិស្ថានគ្មានផ្សែងបារីក្នុងវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ឱ្យស័ក្តិសម ជាជ័យលាភី «ទីក្រុងទេសចរណ៍គ្មានផ្សែងបារី»។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានស្នើ ឯកឧត្តមអភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តកំពង់ចាម លោកអភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលក្រុង/ស្រុក សហការជាមួយមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម ពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាព លើកផ្លាកតាំងបង្ហាញតំបន់រមណីយដ្ឋានទេសចរណ៍នៅក្នុងខេត្ត និងនៅតាមបណ្តាស្រុកនានា ឱ្យបានផុលផុស ដើម្បីផ្តល់ព័ត៌មាន និងទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិចូលមកកម្សាន្ត និងសូមចូលរួមទាំងអស់គ្នាជាមួយក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ក្នុងយុទ្ធនាការ៖ ១) ម្នាក់ៗ ជាអ្នកផ្សព្វផ្សាយទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា ម្នាក់!, ២) ទេសចរណ៍ដើម្បីទាំងអស់គ្នា ទាំងអស់គ្នាដើម្បីទេសចរណ៍!

His Excellency Minister HUOT Hak stated that Kampong Cham City and Kampong Cham Province have achieved a new success in the tourism sector by becoming the winner of the ‘Smoke-Free Tourism City’ title.

On the morning of Wednesday, October 16, 2024, His Excellency HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, presided over the ceremony to officially declare Kampong Cham City as a Smoke-Free Tourism City. The ceremony was attended by His Excellency UN Chanda, Governor of the Kampong Cham Provincial Administration, the representative of the World Health Organization in Cambodia, the head of the Cambodia Movement for Health as part of the Southeast Asia Tobacco Control Alliance, as well as distinguished guests from various ministries, relevant institutions, and provincial, city, and district administrations, totaling 523 participants in Kampong Cham Province.

On this occasion, to ensure the sustainability of Kampong Cham as a Smoke-Free Tourism City, His Excellency the Minister recommended that the Kampong Cham City administration continue to regularly implement the smoke-free environment policy in the tourism sector to uphold its status as the winner of the ‘Smoke-Free Tourism City’ title.

Additionally, His Excellency the Minister requested that His Excellency the Governor of Kampong Cham Province, along with city and district governors, cooperate with the Kampong Cham Provincial Tourism Department to assess the possibility of installing signage to clearly mark tourist attractions in the province and its districts. This is intended to provide information and attract both national and international tourists. He also urged everyone to join the Ministry of Tourism’s campaign: 1) ‘Each Person is an Ambassador for Cambodia’s Tourism!’ 2) ‘Tourism for All, All for Tourism!’
