ខេត្តកែប នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ – ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការអន្តរក្រសួងរៀបចំពិធីបុណ្យសមុទ្រលើកទី១០ ជុំទី៣ នៅខេត្តកែប បានដឹកនាំមន្ត្រីជំនាញចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យមើលការរៀបចំ តុបតែងលម្អ និងសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់នៅក្នុងទីតាំងតំបន់ A ដែលជាកន្លែងរៀបចំស្តង់ពិព័រណ៌សមិទ្ធផលនានា គម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍតំបន់ឆ្នេរ និងផលិតផលខ្មែរនៅក្នុងតំបន់, ឆាកតន្ត្រី, សួនបង្ហោះខ្លែង, ទីតាំងបង្ហោះគោម និងទីកន្លែងបញ្ចាំងកុន ដើម្បីត្រៀមស្វាគមន៍ ពិធីបើកជាផ្លូវការ បុណ្យសមុទ្រលើកទី១០ ជុំទី៣ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់បំផុត សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ពេជ ចន្ទមុន្នី ហ៊ុនម៉ាណែតនាថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ពិធីបុណ្យសមុទ្រលើកទី១០ដែលគ្រោងនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅចំនួនបីថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី០១ ដល់ ០៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣។

Kep Province, 30 November 2023 – H.E. Mr. SOK Soken, Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the Inter-Ministerial Commission for the 10th Sea Festival in Kep Province, led a technical delegation to inspect the venue decorations and preparations in Area A, which is the venue for exhibitions of coastal development projects and local Khmer products, music stage, kite flying park, lantern launch site and cinema venue to prepare for the official opening ceremony of the 10th Sea Festival 2023, under the highest presidency of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet on 2nd December 2023. The 10th Sea Festival is scheduled to take place for three days from December 1 to 3, 2023.
