ខេត្តកែប ថ្ងៃទី០៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ – ការចាប់ផ្តើមនៃថ្ងៃទីបី របស់ពិធីបុណ្យសមុទ្រលើកទី១០ បានចាប់ផ្តើមដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមរាប់រយនាក់ក្នុងកម្មវិធីរត់ Fun Run និងជិះម៉ូតូទឹក ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងលោកជំទាវ អមដោយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ដៃគូឧបត្ថម្ភ V-Active វិស័យឯកជន មន្ត្រីរាជការខេត្តកែប អត្តពលិកមកពីសហព័ន្ធកីឡាម៉ូតូទឹកកម្ពុជា សិស្សានុសិស្ស និងក្រុមគ្រួសារ។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងក្រុមគ្រួសារ ព្រមទាំងក្រុមការងារ បានចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីរត់ Fun Run ចម្ងាយ ៥គីឡូម៉ែត្រ និងបានដឹកនាំជិះម៉ូតូទឹកនៅជុំវិញឆ្នេរកែប។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ពិធីបិទបុណ្យសមុទ្រ នឹងប្រារព្ធនៅរសៀលម៉ោង៤ ថ្ងៃទី០៣ ខែធ្នូ នេះ ដោយមានការសម្តែងសិល្បៈយ៉ាងគគ្រឹកគគ្រេង។ សូមអញ្ជើញចូលរួមដោយសេចក្តីរីករាយទាំងអស់គ្នា។

Kep Province, 3 December 2023 – The last day of the 10th Sea Festival kicked off in the early morning with hundreds of people participating in a Fun Run and a jet ski cruise. His Excellency Sok Soken, Minister of Tourism, presided over the event which was also attended by an entourage of leaders from the Ministry of Tourism, sponsor partners V-Active, Private Sector, government officials of Kep Province, athletes from the Watercraft Federation of Cambodia, local students and families. H.E. Minister participated in the 5km Fun Run with his family and led the jet ski cruise around the Kep Beach. The closing ceremony of the Sea Festival will occur on December 3, 2023 at 16:00 PM.
