នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី០៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ – នាតំបន់សួនខ្លែងជ្រោយសមុទ្រ មានកម្មវិធីប្រកួតខ្លែង ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការអន្តរក្រសួងរៀបចំពិធីបុណ្យសមុទ្រ និងលោកជំទាវ ផ្តល់កិត្តិយសក្នុងការប្រគល់ពានរង្វាន់ក្នុងកម្មវិធីប្រកួតខ្លែងដែលរៀបចំដោយសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា សហការណ៍ជាមួយ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសម្រាប់ការអប់រំ និងសិក្សាពីចម្ងាយ ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរពិធីបុណ្យសមុទ្រលើកទី១០ ជុំទី៣ នាខេត្តកែប ដោយកម្មវិធីប្រកួតនេះគណៈកម្មការដាក់ពន្ទុទៅលើ សោភណ្ឌភាព រយ:កម្ពស់ និង ថេរៈវេលា ដែលមានសិស្សានុសិស្សមកពីវិទ្យាល័យជំនាន់ថ្មី ព្រះសុីសុវត្ថិ វិទ្យាល័យជំនាន់ថ្មី ព្រែកលៀប និងយុវជនកាយរឹទ្ធិ។
This morning on 3rd December 2023 – Chroy Samuth Kite Park hosted a kite competition under the chairmanship of H.E. Sok Soken, Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the Inter-Ministerial Commission for the Sea Festival, and joined by Her Excellency who was honored to present the program awards organized by the Union of Youth Federation of Cambodia with the Center for Education and Distance Learning. In celebration of the 10th Sea Festival in Kep province, the committee judged the kites based on the following criteria: beauty, height and flight duration. Students from Sisowath High School, Prek Leap New Generation High School and Youth Scouts crafted exceptional pieces that allowed them to secure their victory awards.
