នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានអនុញ្ញាតជូន លោកបណ្ឌិត អ៊ិន ចាន់នី ប្រធាននាយកប្រតិបត្តិ ធនាគារ អេស៊ីលីដា ភីអិលស៊ី និងសហការី អញ្ជើញចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើការផ្តល់សេវាកម្មឌីជីថលរបស់ធនាគារ អេស៊ីលីដា ភីអិលស៊ី ដើម្បីសម្រួសដល់ការបង់ថ្លៃ ការស្នើសុំអាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណទេសចរណ៍តាមថ្នាលបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន និងសេវាផ្សេងៗដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធក្រៅពីអាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណទេសចរណ៍ ព្រមទាំងពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការគាំទ្រវិស័យទេសចរណ៍តាមរយៈការផ្តល់កម្ចីសម្រាប់ជួយដល់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍ សណ្ឋាគារ ជាពិសេសតំបន់ក្នុងគម្រោងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តផែនការមេរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាល រួមមាន៖ សៀមរាប ក្រុងព្រះសីហនុ កែប មណ្ឌលគីរី ព្រមទាំងកិច្ចសហការចំពោះសហគមន៍ទេសចរណ៍ ដែលមានការលក់ដូរផ្សេងៗឱ្យមានការប្រើប្រាស់ KHQR របស់ធនាគារ នឹងមានផ្តល់កម្ចី (Merchant OD សំដៅដល់កម្ចី) សម្រាប់ធ្វើអាជីវកម្មផងដែរ

ជាលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចជំនួបដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ប្រតិបត្តិតាមអនុសាសន៍ដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ សម្តេចធិបតី កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្នុងពិធីបើកជាផ្លូវការនូវព្រឹត្តិការណ៍បុណ្យទន្លេលើកទី៩ នៅខេត្តតាកែវ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានឱ្យធនាគារសិក្សាលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការផ្តល់កម្ចីក្នុងអត្រាសមរម្យសម្រាប់ជួយដល់សហគមន៍ទេសចរណ៍ និងបានឱ្យធនាគារជួយផ្សព្វផ្សាយតំបន់សក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាក្នុង Website ACLEDA និង App របស់ ធនាគាររបស់ ACLEDA តួយ៉ាងប្រសិនបើមានដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចប្រចាំឆ្នាំរបស់ធនាគារ ឬដំណើរកម្សាន្តផ្សេងៗ ស្នើឱ្យធនាគារធ្វើដំណើរកម្សាន្តទៅកាន់សហគមន៍ទេសចរណ៍ ដូចជា៖ ខ្នងផ្សារ, កំពង់ភ្លុក ព្រមទាំងស្នើសុំឱ្យមាននៅក្នុង រដូវកាលបៃតង (Green Season) ផងដែរ។

A Courtesy Meeting and Work Discussion Between His Excellency Minister HUOT Hak, and Dr. In Channary, the President and Group Managing Director of ACLEDA Bank Plc.,

In the afternoon of March 26, 2025, His Excellency HUOT Hak, Minister of the Ministry of Tourism, granted an audience to Dr. In Channary, the President and Group Managing Director of ACLEDA Bank Plc., and colleagues to hold a courtesy meeting and discuss the cooperation between the Ministry of Tourism and ACLEDA Bank PLC on providing digital services. The discussion focused on improving services related to payment systems, the application for tourist visas through information technology, and other services beyond the tourist visa. They also explored the possibility of supporting the tourism sector through loans aimed at assisting tourism businesses, particularly in strategic areas of government planning such as Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, Kep, Mondulkiri, as well as collaborating with the tourism community in using the KHQR system provided by the bank, and offering Merchant OD loans for business operations.

As a result of this important meeting, His Excellency the Minister spoke about implementing the high-level recommendations of Samdech Thipadei Prime Minister made on March 22, 2025, during the official opening of the 9th Tonle Sap Festival in Takeo Province. His Excellency the Minister instructed ACLEDA Bank to study the feasibility of offering loans at reasonable rates to support the tourism community. Additionally, ACLEDA Bank was encouraged to promote Cambodia’s potential tourism destinations through its website and app, particularly in cases of the bank’s annual business trips or other tourism events. The bank was also urged to consider organizing tourism trips to tourism communities such as Phnom Penh Market, Kampong Phluk, and to include visits during the Green Season as well.
